Two courses are offered: Self Contained Underwater Breathing Apparatus (SCUBA) and Commercial Basic Air Diving.
Objective: To provide formal training to divers and create skilled divers for underwater industrial activity.
- Eight weeks for SCUBA
- 10 weeks for Commercial Air Diving.

This course has been approved by the Director General of Shipping, Ministry of Surface Transport, Government of India.
Objective: To instruct seafarers on emergency procedures on board, safety philosophy and safe working practices and accident prevention on board, communication on board, pollution prevention, interpersonal relationships and social responsibilities.
Duration: Three days
Eligibility: Mandatory for all seafarers serving on board sea going ships
