Medicare Course

This course has been approved by the Director General of Shipping, Ministry of Surface Transport, Government of India.
Objective: To induct in seafarers the competence to provide medical care to the sick and injured while on board, deal with disease prevention as well as death at sea and observe environmental control on board ship.
Duration: Ten days
Eligibility: Seafarer must hold a certificate of competency at least as second mate of a foreign-going ship or mate of a home trade ship.
I would like to know more about the Ship master’s Medicare course which you offer, including the course duration, starting dates in Jan2011 and the course fee.
